* WHAT...Dense fog will spread north and west and lower visibilities
overnight to less than one-quarter mile. The poor visibility is
expected to hold firm through most of Christmas morning.

* WHERE...Greeley, Howard, Merrick, Nance, Sherman, Valley, Buffalo,
Franklin, Hall, and Kearney Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
